How we work: from first brief to handover

The full lifecycle of a project with us, phase by phase: what happens before, during and after — and what you'll see at every step.

The No-Code Company

When someone reaches out, the first question is almost never about price. It's about process: what is it like to work with you? This is the full answer, phase by phase.

Before: define before building

Every project starts with consulting, not code. In the first conversations we understand the real problem, define it together and turn it into a clear scope with metrics. That becomes a scope-of-work document (SOW) you sign online — with email verification, nothing to print.

That document is not a formality: it's the contract for what gets built, in which phases, with which tools and for how much. If something changes later, it changes there first.

During: building while you watch

We build in short sprints with visible deliveries. AI speeds up the repetitive parts; senior engineers review every line that ships to production.

What surprises our clients most is the project microsite: a private page, yours, where you see the status of every phase in real time — what's in progress, what we need from your side, the notes for each stage and your invoices. No accounts to create, no passwords to remember: one secure link and, for sensitive things, a code by email.

Onboarding lives there too: access, files and content get uploaded to the microsite instead of getting lost in an email thread.

After: launch is not goodbye

We deploy, measure against the goals we agreed on at the start, and we stay: support, improvements and a documented system your team can maintain.

The handover includes credentials, documentation and everything you need to truly own what you paid for. And if you want us to stay close, we stay close.

Why so much process

Because custom software almost always fails for the same reasons: fuzzy expectations and silence between deliveries. Our process attacks exactly that — definition in writing, visible progress every week and a single channel where everything is on record.

If you want to see it applied to your project, book a call. No commitment, no forms.
