Privacy policy
Last updated: June 2026
The short version first: this site is static, uses no tracking cookies or analytics, and stores nobody's data. The little personal data we do process arrives when you book a call or email us, and we use it for that alone. Details below.
1. Data controller
The No-Code Company OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia (European Union), VAT EE102499551, registered at Lõõtsa tn 5-11, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia.
For any privacy matter you can write to us at hola@nocodecompany.co.
2. What data we process (and what we don't)
This website is static: it has no forms that store data, uses no tracking cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, and builds no visitor profiles.
The only thing your browser stores is your theme preference (light/dark) in localStorage. It is a technical setting that never leaves your device, does not identify you and requires no consent.
3. If you book a call
Bookings run through Cal.com, which collects your name, your email and the chosen time slot to schedule the meeting. Cal.com processes that data under its own privacy policy.
We use that data solely to prepare and hold the call you requested. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. If you email us
If you write to hola@nocodecompany.co we process your address and the content of your message in order to reply. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps (art. 6.1.b GDPR) or our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. If you are a client
To perform a contract we process the contact details of the people on your team (name, email, role) and your company's billing data. Legal basis: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legal invoicing obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
6. Processors and international transfers
We work with providers that process data on our behalf: the site's hosting provider (which processes technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security), Cal.com (call bookings) and our email provider.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where that is the case, the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
We keep data only as long as its purpose requires: an enquiry that goes nowhere is deleted within a reasonable period; contractual and billing data is kept for the years required by applicable tax law.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@nocodecompany.co. We reply within one month at most.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Estonia) or, if you are in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this same page, with the update date at the top.
